Admit to God that You are a Sinner and Repent
Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Acts 3:19 - Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.
1 John 1:9 - 
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Confess Your Faith in Jesus Christ as Your Savior and Lord
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 14:6 - Jesus said to him, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

Mark 16:16 - He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
Acts 2:38 - Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 22:16 - And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptizedand wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.’
Galatians 3:27 - For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Never Stop Praying
1st Thessalonians 5:17 - Pray without ceasing.
